Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Audit Compliance QA to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for auditing Coding, OASIS, and Plan of Care (POC) documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. This role is critical in maintaining quality benchmarks, reducing compliance risks, and ensuring proper documentation before final discharge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform audits on medical Coding, OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set), and Plan of Care (POC) documentation.
- Review patient visit notes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to clinical documentation standards.
- Conduct final discharge audits to validate documentation integrity and coding accuracy prior to case closure.
- Identify discrepancies, errors, and compliance gaps, and provide actionable feedback to relevant teams.
- Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and internal audit protocols.
- Maintain audit reports and track error trends to support continuous quality improvement.
- Collaborate with Coding, Clinical, and Operations teams to enhance documentation and compliance standards.
- Provide insights, recommendations, and training inputs based on audit findings.
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Medical Coding (ICD-10), OASIS guidelines, Plan of Care (POC), and Home Health compliance standards.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems, audit tools, and MS Excel/reporting tools.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to identify documentation gaps, coding errors, and compliance risks with high accuracy.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for providing audit feedback and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Educational Qualification:
- - Pharm.D (Doctor of Pharmacy) – Preferred - B.Sc. Nursing – Preferred
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
