Job Summary:
✓KPS Interiors and Modulars Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Draftsman with 2+ years of experience in the interior design or construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, layouts, and technical documentation for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
✓Prepare detailed architectural, interior, and working drawings.
✓Develop plans, elevations, sections, and furniture layouts.
✓Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and designers.
✓Revise drawings based on project requirements and client feedback.
✓Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
✓Maintain drawing records and project documentation.
✓Assist in quantity estimation and material detailing when required.
Requirements:
✓Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
✓Minimum 2 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
✓Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
✓Knowledge of construction. drawings and detailing.
✓Good understanding of interior execution and site coordination.
✓Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
✓Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other drafting software.
✓Experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
✓Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
