Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Franchise Manager willing to travel across India to expand our franchise network and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard potential franchise partners across India
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and site evaluations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise prospects
- Support franchise negotiations and closure of agreements
- Conduct market research to identify expansion opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in franchise development, business development, or field sales
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
