Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote STEMORBIX programs to schools, educational institutions, parents, and corporate partners. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in educational marketing, and the ability to generate leads, conduct presentations, and build long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach schools, colleges, and educational institutions for STEM programs.
- Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with school management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, administrators, and decision-makers.
- Coordinate STEM workshops, exhibitions, educational fairs, and promotional events.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into successful partnerships.
- Manage social media marketing, email marketing, and online promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the design team to create brochures, banners, videos, and promotional materials.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports and maintain CRM records.
- Meet monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and basic SEO.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively to schools and educational institutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or educational sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for education are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
