Job Summary
Saheli Alankaran is seeking an experienced and strategic Store Manager to lead overall showroom operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing team performance, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and maintaining operational excellence in a premium jewellery retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete showroom operations and daily store management
- Drive sales targets and ensure achievement of monthly & annual revenue goals
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales and operations team
- Monitor sales reports, inventory levels, and stock movement
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve escalations
- Ensure visual merchandising and showroom presentation standards
- Manage billing, cash handling, and compliance procedures
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and festive sales strategies
- Develop long-term customer relationships and loyalty programs
- Coordinate with owners/management for strategic planning and growth
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in retail management (Jewellery experience highly preferred)
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and operational management ability
- Proficiency in billing software and MS Office
