Job Overview
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Executive with 3+ years of experience to manage and enhance our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, managing campaigns, handling client communications, increasing audience engagement, and driving brand awareness through innovative social media initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Create, plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including community engagement, responding to comments/messages, and building meaningful relationships with followers.
- Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and website traffic.
- Handle client accounts by understanding their business objectives, discussing campaign requirements, providing regular updates, and ensuring timely delivery of social media deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, address their queries, gather feedback, and build long-term professional relationships.
- Prepare and present monthly social media performance reports, campaign insights, and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to produce high-quality and visually appealing content.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to recommend innovative campaign ideas.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Optimize content using SEO best practices, hashtags, keywords, and platform-specific optimization techniques.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, events, employer branding, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, industry partners, and online communities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels and client accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in social media management, digital marketing, or agency-based client servicing.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, content strategies, and audience engagement techniques.
- Experience creating compelling content, including captions, graphics, reels, and short-form videos.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, social media analytics, and performance tracking.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong client management, interpersonal, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and project management abilities.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar social media management tools.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and other reporting tools.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, and paid campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or InShot.
- Experience working with influencer collaborations, community management, and brand partnerships.
