Job Description:
Premier Traders is hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage Government and Private Tender processes. The candidate will be responsible for handling tender documentation, submission, coordination, and portal management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling Government & Private Tender processes
Managing GEM Portal & E-Tendering activities
Preparing and submitting tender documents within deadlines
Coordinating with internal teams for required documents and approvals
Maintaining tender records and documentation
Monitoring tender status, updates, and compliance requirements
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in Tender Management
Good knowledge of GEM Portal & E-Tendering
Strong understanding of tender documentation and submission process
Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders
