Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via voice and/or blended processes (chat/email + calls)
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: 19,000 -40,000 per month
- Compensation based on last drawn CTC and experience
