Oversee day-to-day office administration and facility management
Lead and manage the administrative team to ensure smooth office operations
Handle vendor management, contract negotiations, and service coordination
Manage office assets, inventory, housekeeping, security, transport, and maintenance
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
Coordinate meetings, events, and employee support activities
Prepare MIS reports, maintain records, and monitor administrative budgets
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in Administration, Facilities, or Office Management
Proven experience in team handling and vendor management
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience in BPO, ITES, or a corporate environment will be preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
