Online Diamond Sales Executive Job Description
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Online Diamond Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling online diamond sales inquiries, assisting customers, and building strong client relationships through excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Guide customers in selecting diamonds based on their requirements.
- Explain diamond specifications, pricing, and certification details.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients.
- Manage online sales processes and customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Graduate in any field.
- Fluent in English communication (spoken and written).
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online platforms.
- Sales or customer handling experience will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of diamonds and jewelry industry is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
