The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to site visits, negotiations, and successful deal closures. Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Management
- Handle end-to-end sales activities, including lead qualification, client engagement, property presentations, negotiations, and closures.
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful sales opportunities.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, channel partners, and direct client acquisition.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, project presentations, and property demonstrations.
Client Relationship Management
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate investment or residential/commercial opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Address client concerns professionally and provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying journey.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
Negotiation & Closing
- Lead negotiations with prospective buyers and investors.
- Drive deal closure by effectively presenting project value propositions and investment benefits.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and payment follow-ups.
Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, property pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Analyze customer preferences and provide market feedback to management.
- Identify emerging business opportunities within the real estate sector.
Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
- Track sales performance against assigned targets and KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 4–8 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
- Demonstrated success in handling the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Strong understanding of residential, commercial, and investment real estate markets.
- Experience working with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Work Timings: Work Day: 6 Days Working (1 Rotational Week-Off) Work Time: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
Compensation:Best-in-industry salary + Attractive Incentives.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
