Job Summary
Magenta Finance Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Trainee to support the Finance & Accounts team in day-to-day accounting operations. The trainee will gain practical exposure to accounting, taxation, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and NBFC financial processes while assisting the team in maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining books of accounts and accounting records.
- Prepare and record journal entries, payment vouchers, and receipt vouchers.
- Support daily bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation activities.
- Assist in processing vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
- Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents before payment processing.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
- Assist in preparing GST-related working and documentation.
- Support TDS calculation, deductions, and related documentation.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Help prepare MIS reports and financial reports as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
- Perform any other finance and accounting tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Familiarity with Tally ERP/Tally Prime or other accounting software is preferred.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vasant Kunj, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
