Role: Manager, Software Development
Experience: 12 to 18years
Work Location: Kochi (Onsite)
Work Model: Hybrid-5days working (Work from Office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
Budget: Fixed Compensation +Bonus +Insurance (6 Lacs Coverage)
Candidates with strong experience in people management and understanding of core coding concepts are required, preferably from Product based company
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate software developers to create innovative solutions and implement top-notch development practices.
- Support and collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to execute plans, resolve issues, and apply scrum principles.
- Drive projects forward, manage priorities with senior leadership, and foster knowledge sharing and technical growth within the team.
Qualifications:
- Over 12 years of experience in software development, with 5+ years in leadership roles, demonstrating expertise in the industry and agile methodologies.
- Proficient in programming languages, project management, and coaching developers, with strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal abilities, thriving in fast-paced environments and fostering teamwork.
- Excellent strategic and logical thinking, with the ability to understand the logic behind software development processes.
- Strong understanding of software architecture with a demonstrated history of enhancing software architecture in previous roles.
