Actively collect high-quality student leads through targeted campaigns in local areas and educational hubs.
- Institutional Tie-ups: Establish, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships with local colleges and academic institutions to conduct seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions.
- Student Counseling: Provide professional career counseling to prospective students (both via phone and face-to-face), understanding their goals and recommending the best course packages.
- Walk-in & Admission Handling: Greet and manage walk-in enquiries, ensuring a welcoming environment and a smooth, end-to-end admission process.
- Financial & Process Guidance: Assist students with enrollment documentation, fee structures, and explain available education loan options to facilitate seamless admissions.
- CRM & Data Management: Accurately update and manage all leads, follow-ups, walk-in details, and daily activities in the CRM software (Note: assuming "arm handling" referred to CRM/software handling).
Qualifications & Skills: * Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in Educational Sales, Business Development, or Institutional Marketing. Freshers also can apply
- Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for local travel and college visits.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in Malayalam; good proficiency in English.
- Personality: Highly confident, approachable, and possessing strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Tech Skills: Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Sheets/Excel, and communication tools.
