Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Source new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and inbound inquiries. Qualify prospects based on their project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs by assessing space requirements and recommending the right modular kitchens, furniture, or design packages.
- Negotiation & Closure: Address customer objections, negotiate pricing and payment terms, and drive agreements to closure.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Track all customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales stages accurately using CRM software.
- Team Coordination: Liaise with field designers, project managers, and logistics teams to ensure accurate handovers and smooth on-site delivery.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
