Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
- Counsel prospective clients on immigration services and suitable visa programs.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate client information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Candidate Requirements:
- Any Graduate.
- 1+ years of experience in Sales, Counselling, Business Development, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Client Relationship Management.
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
