Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Deployment Engineer to build, deploy, and support large-scale data center network infrastructure. This role focuses on deploying new data center environments, installing and configuring network equipment, validating network readiness, supporting production rollouts, and driving automation to improve deployment efficiency.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience deploying enterprise or hyperscale data center networks using modern routing, switching, and EVPN/VXLAN technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and build large-scale data center network infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and validate Cisco, Arista, and Juniper network equipment.
- Execute network deployment plans, MOPs (Methods of Procedure), and implementation activities.
- Deploy and validate spine-leaf architectures using EVPN/VXLAN.
- Perform network provisioning, testing, acceptance, and post-deployment validation.
- Troubleshoot routing, switching, cabling, optics, and connectivity issues during deployment.
- Collaborate with architecture, systems, cloud, and operations teams to deliver production-ready infrastructure.
- Automate deployment and validation tasks using Python, Ansible, or scripting tools.
- Create and maintain deployment documentation, network diagrams, and operational runbooks.
- Participate in data center expansion, migrations, hardware refreshes, and network upgrades.

- BGP
- OSPF
- EVPN/VXLAN
- Spine-Leaf architectures
- Layer 2 / Layer 3 networking

Experience with:
- Data center deployments
- Network provisioning
- Rack & stack
- Cabling validation
- Optics
- Hardware installation
- Production implementation
- Change management
Hands-on Linux experience.
Basic scripting or automation experience using:
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in hyperscale, cloud, ISP, or enterprise data center environments.
- Experience with automation frameworks and Infrastructure as Code.
- Knowledge of network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP networking.
- Experience participating in global deployment projects.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to AI infrastructure or GPU clusters.
- Familiarity with RoCE, RDMA, or InfiniBand.
- Experience with network automation frameworks such as NetBox, Terraform, or CI/CD pipelines.
