We are hiring Customer Service Representatives (Freshers) for our BPO operations in Indore/Bhopal. The role involves handling customer queries via calls, chat, or email, providing timely resolutions, and maintaining high service standards while meeting performance targets. Candidates should have good English communication skills, basic computer knowledge, a customer-focused attitude, and willingness to work in rotational/night shifts. Graduates and undergraduates can apply, and prior experience is not mandatory.
