DigiDukan – Job Description (Field Sales Executive)
Position: DigiDukan Field Sales Executive
Location: Assigned Territory / Market Area
Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Territory Manager
Job Summary
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for onboarding retailers onto the DigiDukan platform, generating orders, building strong relationships with shop owners, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retailers, hardware stores, electrical shops, sanitary dealers, and other target outlets in the assigned area.
- Introduce and explain DigiDukan's products, services, and benefits to customers.
- Onboard new retailers and ensure successful registration on the platform.
- Generate orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing retailers and provide regular support.
- Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and customer inquiries.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, and collections.
- Resolve customer issues and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Requirements
- Graduate or Undergraduate with relevant sales experience.
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales, FMCG, retail sales, or channel sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of smartphone applications and digital platforms.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
