Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Jr. Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting marketing activities, coordinating with customers and business partners, conducting market visits, and assisting in developing business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Support the sales and marketing team in achieving business targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and other business partners.
- Collect market information, competitor updates, and customer feedback.
- Assist in promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular market visit and activity reports.
- Coordinate with the Head Office regarding marketing and operational requirements.
- Follow up with prospective customers and business leads.
- Support the team in achieving assigned territory-wise objectives.
- Travel within the assigned territory as required.
Educational Qualification
- Graduation in Marketing / Business / Commerce or a related discipline.
- MBA in Marketing will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to travel may also apply.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of marketing and sales concepts.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Positive attitude and strong learning ability.
Compensation & Benefits
- Stipend: ₹18,000 per month
- Daily Travel/Field Expenses: ₹200 per day
- Probation Period: 3 months
- After successful completion of 3 months: Compensation and employment terms will be revised based on performance and company policy.
