Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Support configuration of o9 DP/SP modules (workflows, hierarchies, dashboards)
Assist in data preparation, validation, and integration mapping from ERP systems
Participate in requirements gathering workshops and documentation
Develop basic reports, dashboards, and planning views
Support functional testing, SIT, UAT cycles
Assist in issue triaging and defect resolution tracking
Contribute to user documentation and training materials
Skills Required
Basic understanding of Demand/Supply Planning concepts
Exposure to o9 platform or similar planning tools (Kinaxis, SAP IBP)
Knowledge of Excel, SQL basics (good to have)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Outcome Expectation
Deliver assigned modules/tasks with quality and timeline adherence
Build strong SCM domain + platform capability
Key Responsibilities
1. To collaborate with senior consultants, conduct research, analyze data, and provide valuable insights to contribute to the success of client engagements.
2. To contribute to the preparation of client deliverables, including reports, presentations, proposals and participate in client meetings, workshops and presentations.
3. To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs
4. To train others and prepare and deliver presentations for knowledge sharing amongst different teams in the project
5. To continuously develop skills and knowledge related to consulting methodologies and stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.
