Job Title: Chef –Vice Chairman

Job Objective:
Urbanrise is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to manage all culinary requirements for the Vice Chairman. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in healthy, nutritious, and premium dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, confidentiality, and service excellence.
This role requires a professional with experience in luxury hospitality, premium restaurants, private residences, executive kitchens, or international culinary environments.
Responsibilities:
· Plan, prepare, and present daily meals for the Vice Chairman and family members, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
· Design customized meal plans aligned with dietary preferences, nutritional goals, and health requirements.
· Prepare a variety of cuisines including Indian, Continental, Mediterranean, Asian, and healthy gourmet dishes.
· Create seasonal and innovative menus while maintaining variety and nutritional balance.
· Source and manage premium-quality ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality standards.
· Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
· Manage inventory, procurement, storage, and kitchen cost controls efficiently.
· Coordinate meal preparation for private gatherings, business meetings, and special events hosted by the Vice Chairman.
· Maintain strict confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times.
· Stay updated with global culinary trends, healthy cooking techniques, and wellness-focused cuisines.
Desirable skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or equivalent.
· 8+ years of culinary experience, including experience as Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Private Chef.
· Strong expertise in healthy and nutrition-focused cooking.
· Experience in luxury hotels, premium restaurants, executive dining, private residences, or international hospitality environments.
· Proven experience in menu planning, food quality management, and kitchen operations.
· Ability to prepare both everyday healthy meals and fine-dining experiences.
· Excellent organizational, communication, and service-oriented mindset.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
