Job Description – Senior Bartender
Position: Senior Bartender
Location: Udaipur
Salary: Up to ₹32,000/month
Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standards.
- Supervise daily bar operations and lead the bar team.
- Create cocktails and mocktails with consistency and quality.
- Manage bar inventory, stock control, and minimize wastage.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with SOPs.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and handle customer requests professionally.
- Train and mentor junior bartenders and bar staff.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Senior Bartender or Bartender.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, and bar operations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
- North Indian candidates will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
