Job Summary
KVR Maruti, one of Kerala's leading Maruti Suzuki Arena dealerships, is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Bodyshop Advisors to join our team across. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, technical knowledge of automobiles, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive accident and body repair vehicles from customers.
- Inspect vehicles and prepare repair estimates.
- Explain repair requirements, cost estimates, and delivery timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with the Bodyshop team to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding repair progress.
- Ensure quality delivery of repaired vehicles and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper documentation and job card records.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and Bodyshop business targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
