As a Junior Faculty Member, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping young minds through our Foundation Classes (Classes 8th, 9th & 10th). You'll build rock-solid fundamentals for board exams while preparing students for competitive exams like JEE, NEET, and CUET foundations. You may also deliver expert lectures for Class +1 & +2 (Medical & Non-Medical streams) to drive outstanding board results when needed.
Subjects We Need Experts In:
- Mathematics
- Science (Physics | Chemistry | Biology)
- Social Studies (SST)
- English
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver captivating, easy-to-understand lectures that make tough concepts click for middle and high school students
- Seamlessly connect school syllabus with competitive exam demands (IIT-JEE | NEET | CUET foundations)
- Offer personalized 1-on-1 mentorship to guide students toward their dream colleges
- Create and conduct regular assessments, followed by detailed, constructive feedback to students and parents
- Develop top-notch study materials and creative teaching tools
What We're Looking For:
- Deep subject mastery for Classes 8th–10th (and ideally +1/+2)
- Outstanding communication skills and strong classroom presence
- A results-driven approach with true passion for student achievement
- Prior experience in foundation or competitive exam coaching is highly preferred
