We're looking for HR Executive to join our team with expertise in
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle for clinical (doctors, nurses, technicians) and non-clinical roles. Source candidates via job portals, professional networks, nursing/medical colleges, and employee referrals.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ technical qualifications, healthcare certifications, licenses, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews with departmental heads and medical directors.
- Onboarding & Induction: Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including document verification (licensing, background checks), credentialing, and conducting hospital orientation programs.
- Payroll Assistance: Assist the HR and finance teams in gathering monthly attendance data, leave records, and new hire details to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Employee Engagement & Relations: Organize internal engagement activities, healthcare awareness days, and team-building events to improve staff morale and retention.
- Grievance Handling: Act as a reliable point of contact for employee issues, managing conflicts or grievances professionally and ensuring compliance with hospital policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in HR recruitment, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked within a hospital or healthcare setup.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Core Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, multitasking ability, and the capacity to close critical vacancies under tight deadline
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
