Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Barista & Café Associate to prepare and serve beverages, maintain café operations, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee, food service, and hospitality while ensuring quality, cleanliness, and efficient service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, and other café beverages as per standard recipes.
- Take customer orders, process billing, and handle cash/POS transactions accurately.
- Ensure high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Recommend menu items and upsell products to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, service counters, equipment, and seating areas.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, food items, and café supplies.
- Assist in food preparation, plating, and service as required.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Support opening and closing café operations, including setup and cleaning activities.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualification & Experience
- 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience as a Barista, Café Associate, Steward, or in Food & Beverage service will be an advantage.
- Coffee-making and customer service training will be an added benefit.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
