Internship Duration: 3 Months (with possibility of full-time conversion based on performance)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities:
-> Assist in designing creatives for social media posts, ads, stories, banners, and campaigns
-> Support the design team in creating visuals aligned with content calendars and marketing objectives
-> Help develop creatives for paid ads (Meta, Google, etc.) under guidance
-> Ensure brand consistency across assigned client accounts.
-> Coordinate with content, performance, and strategy teams on ongoing projects.
-> Support basic video edits, reels and motion creatives when required.
-> Revise creative pieces based on feedback from seniors and clients.
Required Skills:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Canva
Basic understanding of video editing tools is a plus.
Basic sense of typography, colour, and layouts
Familiarity with social media formats, ad sizes, and current digital design trends.
Creativity, attention to detail, and good communication skills.

0-1 years of experience or academic/personal project exposure in design
