- Clienteling & Relationship Management: Proactively build and nurture long-term relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Consultative Selling: Provide highly tailored product recommendations, styling advice, or service options based on individual tastes, history, and brand heritage.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle—from initial lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and final closure.
- Brand Representation: Act as an ambassador by maintaining impeccable visual merchandising standards and demonstrating expert knowledge of the product's craftsmanship and exclusivity.
- Customer Service & After-Sales: Deliver a memorable, stress-free shopping experience and manage follow-ups, bespoke orders, and after-sales
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2 to 5+ years of proven retail or business development experience in the luxury, premium, or specialty sector.
- Interpersonal Abilities: Outstanding communication skills with an elegant, patient, and courteous demeanor.
- Network & Outreach: Familiarity with networking, specifically when dealing with professionals like Interior Designers and Architects (for B2B luxury sales).
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems to track client profiles and sales data
