Euro International School, Sector 84 is seeking a responsible, disciplined, and approachable Lady Supervisor to oversee the daily functioning of the school, maintain student discipline, support academic and administrative activities, and ensure a safe, positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise students during school hours, including arrival, dispersal, recess, and transitions between classes.
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to school rules and policies.
- Monitor corridors, common areas, playgrounds, and school premises.
- Coordinate with teachers, class coordinators, and the administration regarding student behavior and welfare.
- Address minor student concerns and report serious issues to the school management.
- Assist in organizing school assemblies, examinations, events, and other activities.
- Ensure student safety and implement school safety protocols.
- Monitor attendance and punctuality where required.
- Support smooth day-to-day school operations and administrative tasks assigned by the Principal.
- Maintain effective communication with staff and contribute to a positive school culture.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate qualification preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a school supervisory, administrative, or student management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle students with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and school management systems) is preferred.
