- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Maintain proper follow-up and records
Eligibility:
- Graduate / Postgraduate (Any discipline)
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Training provided for freshers
2. Business Development Executive (BDE)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives
Experience: Experienced candidates only
Work Mode: Office-based
Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on business leads
- Pitch company services to potential clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Update CRM and sales reports
Eligibility:
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven approach
3. Business Development Manager (BDM)
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Experience: Experienced candidates only
Work Mode: Office-based
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute business growth strategies
- Manage and guide the BDE team
- Handle key clients and partnerships
- Monitor sales performance and revenue targets
- Prepare reports for management
Eligibility:
- 2–5 years experience in business development
- Proven team-handling experience
- Strong leadership and strategic skills
