Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Assistant Manager – Sales (Trims) to drive business growth, develop new customer relationships, and manage key accounts within the trims segment. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales and a strong understanding of the textile, trims, printing, or packaging industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned business targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers while strengthening existing client relationships.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close profitable business deals.
- Monitor receivables and ensure timely payment collections as per company policies.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer data.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and timely deliveries.
Qualifications
- MBA (Sales & Marketing) / Graduate.
- Degree/Diploma in Textile or Printing & Packaging will be an added advantage.
