We are looking for a passionate and experienced Freelance DSA (Data Structures & Algorithms) Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions for students and aspiring software professionals. The trainer will be responsible for teaching core DSA concepts, problem-solving techniques, coding best practices, and interview preparation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and interactive DSA training sessions.
- Teach fundamental and advanced Data Structures and Algorithms concepts.
- Explain problem-solving approaches and optimize solutions.
- Create training materials, assignments, coding challenges, and assessments.
- Guide learners in solving coding problems on platforms such as LeetCode, HackerRank, and CodeChef.
- Conduct mock coding interviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Track student progress and offer mentorship where required.
- Stay updated with current industry trends and technical interview patterns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Proficiency in Java and/or Python.
- Experience in teaching or mentoring students/professionals.
- Good knowledge of time complexity, space complexity, and optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with coding interview preparation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners of varying skill levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Technical Trainer, Faculty, or Mentor.
- Experience with competitive programming platforms.
- Industry experience in software development is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with campus training and placement preparation programs.
Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per day
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
