Job Title: Store Helper
Job Summary:
A Store Helper assists in the daily operations of a store by organizing stock, maintaining cleanliness, supporting customer service activities, and helping with inventory management to ensure smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and arrange incoming stock and supplies.
- Organize products on shelves and ensure proper product display.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock management.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to supervisors.
- Help customers locate products and provide basic assistance.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store and storage areas.
- Assist with packing, labeling, and pricing products.
- Support billing and checkout operations when required.
- Handle product transfers between storage and sales areas.
- Follow store policies, safety procedures, and company guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent (preferred).
- Basic understanding of store operations and inventory handling.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying items.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
