**About the Role**
We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Team Lead to manage and drive our pre-sales function for real estate projects in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading a pre-sales team, strong lead qualification and conversion skills, and deep familiarity with the Bangalore real estate market.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of pre-sales executives, ensuring daily targets and quality standards are met
- Ensure proper lead utilisation and maximize conversion of leads across all sources
- Oversee lead qualification, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling for the sales team
- Monitor CRM data, call quality, and conversion ratios; coach team members to improve performance
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead flow and handover
- Track and report key pre-sales metrics (lead response time, conversion rate, site visit conversions) to management
- Stay updated on Bangalore micro-market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor offerings to guide team responses
- Handle escalations and ensure high standards of customer communication and experience
- Drive process improvements in lead management and pre-sales workflows
**Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of experience specifically as a Pre-Sales Team Lead, with proven team handling experience
- Has managed a pre-sales team of 5+ members
- Strong background in pre-sales within the real estate industry (mandatory — candidates without real estate experience will not be considered)
- Sound knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market — localities, project types, pricing trends, and buyer behavior
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and lead management systems
- Target-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting abilities
**Qualification:** Graduate (any stream); MBA preferred but not mandatory
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
