Job Description Core Area of Responsibility-
Responsible for product development and management, product communication, providing product related compliance and regulatory information for stakeholders, advising on various strategic & campaign initiatives by building on Product features & Highlights.

Internal - Head-Sales, Head- Compliance, CIO, COO, CEO
External - Product and Research teams at various National Distribution Partners including Bank of India Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer Role & Responsibilities Key Accountabilities-
Preparation of content for existing & new products with support of Marketing team.
To be the expert knowledge connect between the Investment Team and Sales / Marketing teams.
Conceptualization & building of content related to Product Awareness & Investment / MF Concepts
Provide regular updates to Head-Sales, CEO and other members of management team on trends and product development ideas in the mutual fund and BFSI segment.
Advise Management & Sales team on new / modification in product features in line with Regulatory requirements and emerging market trends.
Work closely with the Investment team, Head-Sales for the existing products / new product offerings suitable for both institutional and retail client base.
Be involved in preparation of RFP’s for distribution partners and other service providers.
To advise on right product strategy for Equity & Debt products and product mixes.
Monitoring of Product performance vis-a-vis peers and benchmark indices across all product categories.
Ensuring existing & new products documents are formulated and maintained within the regulatory framework.
Ensuring that correct & updated information on Products & Product features is made available to Marketing & IT teams of the AMC for display on company’s website and Digital Asset.
Qualification & Skillsets
Postgraduate/MBA/CA
NISM preferred

Good understanding of asset classes and macro environment.
Excellent understanding of customer segments, competitors, product
suite of all mutual funds
Knowledge of regulatory environment and relevant guidelines
Good at presentation – written and oral communication
Stakeholder management
Who can apply :
Minimum 7-8 years of experience in financial services industry with at least 3-4 years of experience with a mutual fund /insurance/private bank/wealth management in the area of product development
Candidates currently working with an AMC, Insurance (Life / Bancassurance) Banking /NBFC
