Lead I - Software Engineering (.NET Developer) Job Title: Lead I - Software Engineering (.NET Developer) Experience: 4 to 8 Years Location: Hybrid/Onsite Domain: Healthcare preferred Job Summary We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer with 4 to 8 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web APIs, SQL Server, and modern software development practices, with the ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor team members. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs using .NET technologies. Develop RESTful services and microservices using .NET Core/.NET 6+. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Optimize application performance, security, and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve production and application issues. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support release activities. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance. Required Skills Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core/.NET 6+. Hands-on experience in developing REST APIs and Microservices. Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database design, and query optimization. Experience with Entity Framework/Entity Framework Core. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks. Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming principles. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience in Azure Cloud Services. Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience in Healthcare domain applications. Exposure to automated testing frameworks and DevOps practices. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 4-8 Years | Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred.
