Roles & Responsibilities
1. Dealer & Customer Relationship Management
- Connect and build strong relationships with Agro Dealers, distributors, and customers
- Maintain regular follow-up and communication with existing and potential clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships
2. E-commerce & B2B Sales Development
- Drive B2B business expansion through online and offline channels
- Handle inquiries received through e-commerce platforms, social media, and company channels
- Generate sales opportunities and convert leads into business
3. Product Placement & Market Penetration
- Promote Croptech products in the assigned market
- Increase product visibility and placement among dealers and customers
- Support market penetration activities to expand customer reach
4. Sales Generation & Dealer Engagement
- Achieve sales targets assigned by the company
- Coordinate with dealers for order generation and repeat business
- Conduct regular engagement activities with dealers and channel partners
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer requirements, and opportunities
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product movements
- Share market feedback with management for business improvement
6. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer data, and follow-up records
- Prepare reports using MS Office tools such as Excel and Word
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and customer support
