Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Associate Office Manager to support day-to-day office coordination, communication, and administrative operations. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, good people-handling ability, and the confidence to manage office workflows in a professional and structured manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations
- Coordinate with internal teams for task follow-up and work tracking
- Handle basic administrative and operational support activities
- Communicate clearly with team members, clients, and external contacts when required
- Assist in scheduling, coordination, and follow-up of meetings and office-related activities
- Maintain records, reports, and important office documents in an organized manner
- Support people coordination and basic team communication processes
- Help in client follow-up and communication wherever needed
- Ensure discipline, process adherence, and timely coordination across routine activities
- Provide general support to management in office administration and coordination
Skills Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil
- Good people management and coordination ability
- Basic client communication / client management skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle responsibilities in a calm, professional manner
- Good practical judgment and problem-solving approach
- Basic computer knowledge and confidence in handling office tools and communication
