We are looking for a Social Media Executive who can blend creativity with strategy to build Segumento's brand presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content, social media trends, B2B marketing, and storytelling.
You will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing content across platforms while working closely with marketing, sales, leadership, and design teams.

Develop and execute social media calendars aligned with business goals and marketing campaigns.

Create engaging content for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Draft compelling posts, captions, thought leadership content, employee advocacy content, and campaign creatives.

Repurpose blogs, case studies, webinars, reports, and industry insights into social media content.

Strengthen Segumento's positioning as an audience intelligence and data solutions leader.

Work closely with leadership to create personal branding content and thought leadership posts.

Drive employee engagement initiatives through social media participation and advocacy programs.

Monitor social channels and respond to comments, messages, and engagement opportunities.

Build relationships with industry professionals, partners, agencies, and marketing communities.

Track brand mentions and conversations relevant to Segumento and the digital advertising ecosystem.

Monitor social media performance metrics and generate monthly reports.

Analyze engagement, follower growth, content effectiveness, and campaign performance.

Recommend improvements based on insights and industry best practices.

Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, AI tools, and emerging content formats.

Identify opportunities to leverage trending topics while maintaining brand relevance.

1 –3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing or content marketing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong understanding of LinkedIn and B2B social media marketing.

Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.

Basic understanding of graphic design tools such as Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.

Ability to create compelling content that drives engagement and brand awareness.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience working with B2B SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, Data, or Technology brands.
