Job Purpose:
To supervise and coordinate the erection, installation, and completion of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structures at project sites while ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution of work.
Key Responsibilities:1. Site Execution & Erection
- Supervise PEB structure erection activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate erection of columns, rafters, bracings, purlins, girts, roofing sheets, and wall cladding.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and bolting of structural members.
2. Planning & Coordination
- Prepare daily and weekly work schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Arrange manpower, equipment, cranes, and materials required for erection activities.
- Resolve site execution issues and provide technical guidance.
3. Quality Control
- Verify structural dimensions and installation as per approved drawings.
- Conduct inspections and maintain quality records.
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and approvals.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
- 3–10 years of experience in PEB construction, structural steel erection, or industrial building projects.
- Experience in handling large-scale industrial, warehouse, factory, or commercial PEB projects.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of PEB drawings and structural steel erection.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good understanding of construction methods and safety standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
