Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and supervise civil construction activities
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and material usage
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site supervisors
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations
- Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, and reports
- Resolve site-related technical issues
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction work with a reputed firm
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Good leadership and site management skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
