Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Paper & PP Lamination Machine Operator to operate and maintain lamination machines used in the manufacturing of paper bags and multiwall paper bags.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate paper and PP lamination machines efficiently.
- Set up the machine according to production specifications.
- Ensure proper bonding of paper and PP film without wrinkles, bubbles, or defects.
- Adjust temperature, pressure, speed, and adhesive coating as per product requirements.
- Monitor machine performance throughout production.
- Perform machine cleaning and routine preventive maintenance.
- Identify and troubleshoot machine issues and report major breakdowns.
- Minimize production wastage and optimize material utilization.
- Maintain production records, machine logs, and daily output reports.
- Ensure finished laminated rolls meet quality standards.
- Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets.
- Coordinate with Printing, Cutting, Tubing, and Stitching departments.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
Pay: ₹8,567.13 - ₹30,109.81 per month
