Dastaan Films is looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to generate new business opportunities and close deals for wedding films, fashion shoots, brand shoots, and commercial projects.
Responsibilities Generate new leads and clients. Meet wedding planners, fashion designers, brands, and businesses. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Maintain client relationships and follow up on leads. Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
Good communication and negotiation skills. Sales experience preferred. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Basic knowledge of social media and client handling.
Salary & Incentives Fixed Salary + Attractive Commission Performance-based bonuses for achieving targets.
Monthly Target Minimum 5 deals must be closed every month. Candidates who consistently achieve targets will have opportunities for higher incentives and career growth.
