Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Ensure systematic and consistent follow-up on tasks, meetings, commitments, and
deadlines.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the MD.
- Manage calendar scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using MS Office (Excel & Word).
- Maintain records, documentation, and confidential files.
- Liaise with departments to ensure smooth coordination and workflow.
- Assist in office administration and coordination activities.
- Handle personal assignments of the MD, as required.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, or Office
Coordinator supporting senior management (preferably Managing Director level).
- Strong background in administration and coordination roles.
- Demonstrated job stability (candidates with frequent job changes will not be
preferred).
Educational Qualification
- Graduate from a recognized institution (Secretarial qualification preferred).
Required Skill Set
- Excellent follow-up skills (Mandatory – critical requirement).
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Shorthand proficiency preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of confidentiality and professional integrity
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
