We are looking for a creative, energetic, and hands-on Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging social media posts, carousels, infographics, and promotional creatives.
- Edit reels, YouTube videos, podcasts, and other marketing videos.
- Design YouTube thumbnails and digital marketing creatives.
- Design brochures, flyers, posters, standees, banners, certificates, and other print materials.
- Design and layout Aalayam's monthly magazine/newsletter.
- Create product labels, packaging, catalogues, and marketing collateral.
- Design website banners, email creatives, presentations, and event branding materials.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos using DSLR, mirrorless cameras, or smartphones for marketing campaigns, patient stories, doctor interactions, products, and clinic activities.
- Shoot raw photo and video content for reels, advertisements, educational content, testimonials, and social media campaigns.
- Travel to Aalayam centres, partner locations, hospitals, exhibitions, workshops, conferences, and outdoor events for photography and videography assignments.
- Handle basic lighting, camera setup, framing, and audio recording during shoots.
- Coordinate with the marketing team from concept to final creative delivery.
- Maintain organized design files, photo libraries, and video assets while ensuring brand consistency.
Required Skills

- Canva
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects is preferred.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Knowledge of DSLR or mirrorless camera operation.
- Understanding of lighting, composition, and framing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience. Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
Candidate Requirements
- Creative, proactive, and willing to take ownership.
- Comfortable with photography and videography assignments.
- Willing to travel locally and occasionally outstation for official shoots, events, exhibitions, workshops, and marketing activities.
- Comfortable carrying and handling camera equipment during field assignments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and occasionally outside regular office hours during events or shoots.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
