Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Head is responsible for leading and managing all maintenance functions within a heavy industrial environment, ensuring the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of electrical, mechanical, and utility systems.

✅ To Maintain Safety and Compliance
✅ Pollution Control and Environmental Compliance
✅ Vendor Management
✅ Regulatory Compliance and ISO/IATF Standards
✅ Support management with data-driven insights & analytical reports
Desired Candidate Profile
✔ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
✔ 10-12 years of experience in maintenance management (preferably manufacturing)
✔ Strong technical expertise in PLC, HIM and Drive controls.
✔ Proven knowledge of ISO standards and quality tools
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving & stakeholder management skills
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
