'Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EAM (Plant Maintenance) solutions aligned with business requirements. Analyze, document, and translate business processes into SAP system requirements focused on asset management and maintenance. Provide end-to-end support in SAP PM module including work order management, preventive maintenance, equipment and functional location management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, maintenance, and IT to streamline asset management processes. Conduct user training, create user manuals, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting. Assist with data migration, system testing, and integration with other SAP modules such as MM, MM-IM, MM-PUR, and FI. Stay up-to-date with SAP EAM best practices, upgrades, and enhancements. Participate in workshops, configuration meetings, and status reporting.
