Key Responsibilities
* Calling: Dial prospective student leads daily to pitch our courses.
* Counseling & Convincing: Explain program benefits, address objections, and confidently persuade students to take admission.
* Follow-Ups: Maintain consistent communication via calls/WhatsApp to ensure lead conversion.
* CRM Management: Accurately track call outcomes and admission statuses in our database.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* Skills: Excellent communication, strong negotiation, and a highly persuasive telephone manner.
* Experience: Prior experience in tele-sales, admissions, or BPO preferred (motivated freshers welcome).
* Traits: Target-driven, empathetic, and resilient.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
