Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with a smile.
- Present menus and answer questions about our dishes, showcasing your knowledge of ingredients and preparation methods.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and attentively.
- Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
- Address any customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Present bills and process payments accurately.
- Collaborate with other wait staff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
